Rotor balance of centrifugal fan-Dynamic balance and static balance
Rotor balance of centrifugal fan
Dynamic balance and static balance
Static balance: the corrected balance is carried out on one calibration surface of the rotor, and the corrected residual unbalance is to ensure that the rotor is within the specified range of the allowable unbalance when it is static. It is static balance, also known as single-sided balance.
Dynamic balance: correct the balance on the two calibration surfaces of the rotor at the same time, and the residual unbalance after correction, so as to ensure that the rotor is within the specified range of the allowable unbalance during dynamic, which is called dynamic balance, also known as double-sided balance.
Reason: for an ideal rotor, the center of gravity of each section of the shaft extension length coincides with the geometric center of the shaft. But in fact, processing and manufacturing cannot be completely accurate. The mass distribution of materials is not absolutely uniform, and there is also a certain degree of error in the assembly process. For example, the repaired rotor and the worn impeller may have been repaired by welding. Will cause rotor imbalance. Rotor unbalance is one of the causes of fan vibration. When the unbalanced rotor rotates, it will produce centrifugal force, which periodically impacts the bearing and forces the bearing to vibrate.
Purpose:Ensure smooth rotation and good performance. Maintain the balance of centrifugal fan to prevent surge and other faults caused by imbalance; Reduce the error as much as possible and reduce other faults during the operation of centrifugal fan;
