Fan amplitude, vibration speed and vibration acceleration
- Vibration can be divided according to frequency range
Low frequency vibration: F < 10Hz (n < 600 rpm)
Medium frequency vibration: F = 10 ~ 1000Hz (n = 600 ~ 60000 RPM)
High frequency vibration: F > 1000Hz (n > 60000 RPM)
Take the amplitude (mm) as the vibration standard. The amplitude reflects the magnitude of the vibration amplitude.
Take the vibration speed (mm / s) as the vibration standard. The vibration speed reflects the energy.
Take the acceleration mm / (s 2) as the vibration standard. The vibration acceleration reflects the impact force. In the low frequency range, the vibration intensity is directly proportional to the displacement; In the medium frequency range, the vibration intensity is directly proportional to the speed; In the high frequency range, the vibration intensity is directly proportional to the acceleration. For most machines, the best diagnostic parameter is speed, because it is an ideal parameter to reflect the vibration intensity, so many international vibration diagnostic standards use the effective value of speed as the discrimination parameter.
