How can we increase the suction of the centrifugal fan of the sweeper？
The fan is used to remove dust. The cross-sectional area of the suction port is half of that of the fan inlet, so it feels that the suction force is small. Is there any way to solve it?
Aiming at the low-frequency coupling problem between inlet vortex and suction side rotating stall of centrifugal fan, the pulsation signals of suction side rotating stall and inlet vortex of fan are analyzed and diagnosed by using harmonic wavelet transform method. The results show that both appear in the range of 10 ~ 50Hz. The flow frequency relationship of rotating stall on the suction side is a flat curve, while the inlet vortex frequency has a linear relationship with a certain slope, and there is a phenomenon of time-frequency signal separation in the process of coupling development. This method can effectively diagnose the unsteady flow of centrifugal fan.
